摘要
在研究教育和员工双元对组织非财务绩效的影响基础上,研究了二者的交互作用。对从重庆市主流媒体所获取的1 251份有效问卷进行的回归分析显示:员工利用创新能力、探索创新能力和员工联合双元均对组织非财务绩效具有显著正影响;相较于高中及以下学历的员工,大专学历、本科学历和硕士及以上学历的员工更有利于促进组织非财务绩效的增长;但同时本科学历的员工利用创新能力、探索创新能力以及员工联合双元对组织非财务绩效具有显著负向交互作用。因此,主流媒体应重视对高学历人才的招聘,应加强员工双元能力的培养,应激发员工的创新精神。
Based on the study of the influence of education and employee ambidexterity on organization non-financial performance,the interaction between education and employee ambidexterity is studied as well.Regression analysis was carried out on 1251 valid questionnaires obtained from mainstream media in Chongqing.The research results show that employee exploitation,employee explorationand combined dimension of ambidexterity of employee have significant positive influence on organizational non-financial performance;compared with employees with a under high school degree,employees with a college degree,bachelor degree and master degree or above are more conducive to the growth of organizational non-financial performance,and there is a significant negative interaction between employees with a bachelor degree and employee exploitation,employee exploration,and combined dimension of ambidexterity of employee on organizational non-financial performance.Therefore,the mainstream media should pay more attention to the recruitment of highly educated talents,strengthen the cultivation of employee ambidexterity,and stimulate the innovative spirit and consciousness of employees.
