摘要
目的:观察化痰解郁法联合经颅超声治疗仪治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效,并明确其对脂质代谢的影响.方法:根据纳入标准和排除标准,选取入组患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组予阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林口服及经颅超声波治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予化痰解郁中药汤剂口服,30<1为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后颈动脉内膜厚度、斑块大小、血脂相关指标变化.结果:1.治疗后治疗组与对照组相比颈动脉内膜厚度、斑块面积差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2.治疗后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低,HDL-C水平较治疗前显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组相比,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:化痰解郁法联合经颅超声治疗仪治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块疗效显著;化痰解郁法对人体脂质代谢有明显影响.
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Transcranial ultrasound therapeutic apparatus with Lifting depression Resolve phlegm on carotid atherosclerotic plaques of patients and survey the chang on blood fat of patients. Methods:/Mtogether 90 patients were observed in the light of the diagnosis code.They were divided into the matched group and the treatment group at random.The matched group were treated by Atorvastatin .aspirin and Transcranial ultrasound therapeutic apparatus, while, on the basis, patients in the treatment group were treated by Lifting depression Resolve phlegm .The course of treanient con tinued one month,then the laboraton indexes of Intimamedia thickness( IMT)、piaque size and blood fat were observed.Results: 1.After treatment, the Intimamedia thickness( IMT) and piaque size were more remarkably reduced both the two groups, the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05 ).2. After treatment ,the level of TC、TG、LDL-C were remarkably reduced and the level of HDL-C was significantly increased both the two groups,and the difference was obvious (P<0.05 );After treatment, the difference of TC、TG、LDL-C and HDL-C were obvious between the two groups (P<0.05 ).Conclusions:The curative effect of Transcranial ultrasound therapeutic apparatus with Lifting depression Resolve phlegm on carotid atherosclerotic plaques of patients is outstanding;The Lifting depression Resolve phlegm attects the lipid metabolism significantly.
