秸秆栽培香菇技术中多聚物降解酶协调作用研究分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用秸秆栽培香菇将是今后为减少林木资源浪费而产生的一种新的技术,在利用该技术栽培香菇的过程中,多聚物降解酶起着不可替代的作用,通过不同种类降解酶的参与,针对秸秆中不同的有机质进行降解,把大分子物质转化为香菇可以吸收的小分子物质,从而为香菇的生长提供重要的营养物质。着重列举了几种最主要的多聚物降解酶类,并分析其降解原理。同时,自然界中秸秆的降解,并不是单一酶类单独参与所致,而是在不同的降解阶段由多种酶类协同作用的结果。 Cultivating Leniinus edodes with straw will be a new technology to reduce the waste of forest resources in the future. Polymer degrading enzymes play an irreplaceable role in the process of cultivating Lentinus edodes. With the participation of different kinds of degrading enzymes, different organic substances in straw are degraded, and macromolecular substances are transformed into small molecular substances that can be absorbed by Lentinus edodes. Quality, so as to provide important nutrients for the growth of Lentinus edodes. Several main kinds of polymer degrading enzymes are listed and their degrading principles are analyzed. At the same time, the degradation of straw in nature is not caused by a single enzyme, but by the synergistic effect of various enzymes in different degradation stages.
