摘要
随着"互联网+"与传统行业的融合,云计算、物联网、区块链和人工智能等信息技术的崛起,建筑行业发展迎来了新机遇。定额作为一定时期技术发展和管理水平的体现,其本质是一种信息库,目前定额修编的滞后性及与市场的偏差性,导致定额的使用并未真正其体现服务建筑市场进行科学计价的价值。因此,本文基于造价管理部门视角,通过分析我国定额管理现状,提出在数字化改革浪潮下,运用"互联网+"思路建立广东省建设工程定额动态管理平台,实现定额动态化和市场化,提升行业监管与服务能力,实现现代化造价管理部门精准服务。
With the integration of'Internet+'and traditional industries,and the rise of information technology such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,Blockchain and artificial intelligence,construction industry is facing new development opportunities.Estimation assembly,which embodies the technological development and management level in a certain period of time,is essentially an information database.Because of the current lags and the deviation with market of estimation assembly revision,the use of estimation assembly does not truly reflect the value of servicing construction market on scientific estimation.Therefore,based on the perspective of cost management department,and analysis of the current status of estimation assembly management in China,this article proposes that,under the opportunity of digitalization transformation,we should use the'Internet+'thinking to build the Guangdong project estimation assembly dynamic management platform,which can realize dynamization and marketization of estimation assembly,promote the abilities of industry supervision and service,and realize the accurate service for modern cost management department.
