摘要
目的研究系统康复训练对膝骨性关节炎患者术后患膝功能恢复的影响。方法选择2015年8月～2016年9月本院康复科收治的膝骨性关节炎患者60例,根据随机数表法将患者分为两组,每组各30例。两组均使用型号为ther-matur200的超短波治疗机进行治疗,观察组采用系统康复训练,观察两组患者手术前后AROM、VAS、LKSS数值的变化情况。结果两组患者手术前AROM、VAS、LKSS数值相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组手术后3个月较手术前均有明显改变,观察组评分均高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论对膝骨性关节炎术后患者制定合理的系统康复训练方案,有效促进患者膝关节功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of systemic rehabilitation training on postoperative recovery of knee function in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods 60 KOA patients in the department of rehabilitation of Shangqiu first people’s hospital were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, 30 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with ther-matur200 ultra-short wave therapy apparatus, and observation group was given systemic rehabilitation training. The changes of AROM, VAS, LKSS in two groups before and after surgery were observed. Results Before surgery, the AROM, VAS, LKSS in two groups had no statistical difference (P > 0.05);After surgery for 3 months, the two groups significantly changed compared with before surgery, and the scores of observation group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Reasonable systemic rehabilitation training for KOA patients can effectively promote recovery of knee function and increase living quality.
