摘要
目的建立GC法同时测定小儿豉翘清热颗粒(淡豆豉、连翘、黄芩等)中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、柠檬烯、芳樟醇、薄荷酮、薄荷脑、胡薄荷酮、柠檬醛的含有量。方法该药物乙酸乙酯提取液的分析采用DB-1色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),程序升温;体积流量0.5 mL/min;进样口温度230℃;检测器温度280℃;分流比30∶1。结果 9种挥发性成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.998 7),平均加样回收率96.39%~102.2%,RSD 1.3%~2.8%。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于小儿豉翘清热颗粒的质量控制。
AIM To establish a GC method for the simultaneous content determination of α-pinene,β-pinene,myrcene,limonene,linalool,menthone,menthol,pulegone and citral in Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules(Sojae Semen Praeparatum,Forsythiae Fructus,Scutellariae Radix,etc.).METHODS The analysis of ethyl acetate extract of this drug was performed on a temperature-programmed DB-1 column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)flowing at 0.5 mL/min with the split ratio of 30:1,and the inlet temperature and detector temperature were set at 230 ℃ and 280 ℃,respectively.RESULTS Nine volatile constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.998 7),whose average recoveries were 96.39%-102.2% with the RSDs of 1.3%-2.8%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules.
