Measurement and analysis on the creep properties of HMLS PET industrial yarns

摘要 利用电子万能试验机对高模低收缩型(HMLS)聚酯工业丝的蠕变性能进行测试,探讨试验条件对测试结果的影响,结果表明,夹持距离、蠕变载荷加载速率、预加张力对测试结果有影响。得到了较优的试验条件:夹持距离300 mm、载荷加载速率0.05~0.10 cN/(dtex·s)、预加张力0.05 cN/dtex。提出了初始蠕变形变率ε_i、总蠕变形变率ε_t、弹性蠕变形变率ε_e、塑性蠕变形变率ε_p、稳态蠕变速率v_s等蠕变性能指标的确定方法,建立了一种反映HMLS聚酯工业丝耐久性(蠕变寿命或持久极限强度)的预测方法。 The creep properties of HMLS PET industrial yarns were tested by the electronic universal testing machine to explore the influence of experimental conditions on the test results. The results showed that clamping distance, loading rate of creep load and pre-tension had an impact on the test results. The optimized experimental conditions were obtained: the clamping distance was 300 mm, the loading rate of creep load was 0.05~0.10 cN/(dtex·s), and the pre-tension was 0.05 cN/dtex. The determination methods of creep performance parameters, such as initial creep deformation rate ε i, total creep deformation rate ε t, elastic creep deformation rate ε e, plastic creep deformation rate ε p and steady-state creep rate v s, were put forwarded. One method for predicting the durability (creep ruputure life or endurance ultimate strength) of HMLS PET industrial yarns was established.
