摘要
目的:探究高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合丁螺环酮对改善难治性精神分裂症负性心理和认知功能的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年10月本院收治的难治性精神分裂症患者97例。按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=32)、观察A组(n=33)、观察B组(n=32)。对照组予以丁螺环酮治疗,观察A组在对照组基础上联合10 Hz rTMS治疗,观察B组在对照组基础上联合20 Hz rTMS治疗。比较三组治疗效果、负性心理(SAS、SDS评分)及认知功能评分。结果:观察B组总有效率为100%,均高于观察A组和对照组的87.88%、37.50%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察B组SAS、SDS评分均低于观察A组、对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察B组认知功能评分均高于观察A组、对照组(P<0.05)。结论:20 Hz rTMS联合丁螺环酮能有效改善难治性精神分裂症患者症负性心理情绪及认知功能,且效果较好,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of rTMS combined with Buspirone on improving negative emotion and cognitive function of refractory schizophrenia.Method:A total of 97 patients with refractory schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=32),observation A group(n=33),observation B group(n=32).The control group was treated with Buspirone,observation A group was treated with 10 Hz rTMS on the basis of control group,observation B group was treated with 20 Hz rTMS on the basis of control group,the therapeutic effect,negative emotion(SAS,SDS)and cognitive function scores in three groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation B group was 100%,which were higher than 87.88%and 37.50%of observation A group and control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of observation B group were lower than those of observation A group and control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function score of observation B group were higher than those of observation A group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:20 Hz rTMS combined with Buspirone can effectively improve the negative emotional and cognitive function of patients with refractory schizophrenia,and the effect is good,which is worth of promoting.
