摘要
在国民兵团制度实施背景下,壮丁逃役现象仍普遍存在。壮丁逃役现象盛行的原因是多方面的,包括民众缺乏应征服役的自觉性、社会经济落后、应征壮丁待遇极差甚至遭受虐待、兵役行政极端腐败、被征壮丁家属优待制度和军人伤亡抚恤难以落实、一些政策及规定不合理等。壮丁逃役产生了严重后果。
Under the backdrop of the implementation of the national corps system,young laborers’ evasion of military service military service was still ubiquitous.The reasons for this condition are manifold.People’s lack of self-awareness in military service,poverty,bad treatment or even maltreatment of the young conscripts,the presence of the national corps internal extreme corruption,the unsolved problem of the favored treatment to the family members of applied young laborers and poor military casualty compensation as well as some unjustified policies and regulations all contributed to the occurrence of young laborer’s evasion of military service military service which caused serious consequences accordingly.
