摘要
为了降低污水处理成本并提高污水处理效果,以玉米芯和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(EPTMAC)为原料,利用专利技术通过对玉米芯中的纤维素进行改性,合成玉米芯改性纤维素絮凝剂,并对污水进行了处理。从处理的效果来看,当水体的pH值为8,絮凝剂投放量为35.5mg/100mL污水时,该絮凝剂对污水的COD去除率可达68%,絮凝效果理想。
In order to reduce sewage treatment costs and improve sewage treatment,corncob and 2,3-epoxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (EPTMAC) were used as raw materials to modify corncob cellulose by patented technology,and corncob flocculant was synthesized and treated. From the effect of treatment,when the pH value of water was 8 and the dosage of flocculant was 35.5mg/100mL,the COD removal rate of wastewater can reach 68%,and the flocculation effect was ideal.
