表面聚合四氟乙烯膜及热压复合设备开发

摘要 为了扩展聚四氟乙烯膜的应用领域,设计了低温等离子体处理和丙烯酸接枝共聚工艺方法表面改性聚四氟乙烯。通过对膜表面亲水性处理的功率和时间所产生的影响进行研究,发现嫁接丙烯酸链后聚四氟乙烯膜表面的亲水性得到了提高。在60℃的条件下用体积分数6%的丙烯酸嫁接聚四氟乙烯3h后,表面接触角下降到60°,亲水性得到大幅改善。最后通过对热压复合设备及热压复合工艺技术的分析,解决了改性聚四氟乙烯膜、玻纤基布两种材料复合成型难、加热不均匀的难题。 In order to expand the application field of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) film, it designs the surface modification of PTFE based on low-temperature plasma treatment and acrylic graft copolymerization, analyzes the influence of power and time of hydrophilic treatment on the membrane surface. Under the condition of 60 ℃ with the volume fraction of 6% PTFE acrylic grafting after 3 hours, the surface contact angle is dropped to 60 °, hydrophilicity improved sharply. Finally, through the analysis of the hot-press composite equipment and the hot-press composite technology, the difficult problems of the composite molding of modified PTFE film and glass fiber base cloth and the uneven heating are solved.
