摘要
从动物营养学课程思政改革的目的、意义出发,提出了动物营养学的课程思想为:尊重科学、实事求是;知识丰富、技术过硬;排除万难、坚持不懈。论述了研究的主要内容以及采用的教学方法、载体途径,解决的关键问题,从优化教学大纲、教学内容、教学方案、教学评价、课堂教学进行研究方案的制定及逐步落实。
This paper sets out from the purpose and significance of the ideological and political reform of Animal Nutrition, it puts forward the curriculum ideas of Animal Nutrition as follows : respecting science, seeking truth from facts;having rich knowledge and excellent technology;removing all difficulties and persevering. The main contents of the study are discussed, the teaching methods and carrier approaches are adopted, and the key problems to be solved are formulated and implemented step by step through optimizing the syllabus, teaching content, teaching plan, teaching evaluation and classroom teaching.
