摘要
针对无取向硅钢的典型牌号,在带钢长度上的夹杂物和析出物的种类、形貌和分布做了系统的检测和分析对比。1μm以上的夹杂物主要为Al_2O_3及CaO-Al_2O_3夹杂,其分布在钢卷不同部位差异较小;尺寸在0.5μm以下的细小析出相主要为AlN、MnS以及它们的复合析出,在钢卷头部分布的数量明显较尾部多。夹杂物和析出物分布的差异造成了晶粒尺寸的差异,头尾晶粒尺寸差异达到20%左右,进而造成了头尾磁性能的差异。
In this study,the types,morphologies and distributions of inclusions and precipitates along the length of nonoriented silicon steel strip are systematically tested and analyzed. The inclusions above 1 um are mainly Al2O3 and CaOAl2O3,which distribute in different parts of the coil with little differences. The fine precipitates below 0.5 um are mainly AlN,MnS and their composite precipitates. The number of precipitates at the head of the coil is obviously more than that at the tail. The differences of distribution of inclusions and precipitates lead to the differences of grain size,which can reach about 20% between head and tail. As a result,the magnetic properties between head and tail are different.
