摘要
选取两端开口的综合管廊,通过改变细水雾喷头喷雾方向、水平间距、数量,分有、无线缆槽的情况设置6种线缆火灾工况,采用FDS模拟火灾,分析热释放速率、温度、烟气密度随时间的变化情况,研究喷头布置方式对灭火效果的影响。结果表明:相同条件下,无线缆槽时细水雾控火效果更好;管廊安装有线缆槽时,侧向布置细水雾喷头对控火最有利,对于竖向布置的喷头,间距3 m控火效果优于间距2 m控火效果;无线缆槽时,不同喷头布置方式对细水雾控火效果影响差异较小,设计细水雾灭火系统时可适当增加喷头布置间距以降低成本、节省空间。
Take a unity tunnel open al both sides as an example, by cha nging the spray directi on of water mist nozzle, the horizo nlal distance between nozzles, number of nozzles, cable fire under 6 working conditions were simulated by FDS with or without cable groove. The heat release rate, temperature and smoke density changed with time were an alyzed, and the in fluence of spri nkler ar rangemenl on fire suppression effect was researched. The results showed that under the same conditions, the effect of water mist on fire control was belter when cable groove were not in stalled. While the water mist sprinkler of lateral arrangemcnt was the best way to con trol the fire when cable grooves were in stalled, and for fire control effect of vertical sprinkler, spaci ng of 3 m was better than spac ing of 2 m. Besides, when cable grooves were not in stalled, different spri nkler arrangeme rd had little in fluence on the fire cont rol effect of waler mist, so the arrangement spacing of sprinkler could be increased appropriately to reduce cost and save space when designing waler mist fire extinguishing system.
