摘要 朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(langerhans cell histiocytosis,LCH)是一组罕见的以单核-吞噬细胞系统特定的树突细胞增生为共同特点的疾病,主要临床表现有皮疹、发热、咳嗽、腹泻、尿崩、贫血、颅骨缺损、肝脾肿大等,而以慢性腹泻为首发表现的儿童LCH较罕见,郑州大学附属儿童医院消化内科2017-2018年收治2例以慢性腹泻为首发表现的LCH,现报告如下。
