摘要
目的:探讨百令胶囊联合依那普利片对老年糖尿病肾病患者血糖水平及肾功能的影响。方法:选取2016年3月—2017年7月收治的135例老年糖尿病肾病患者,按照随机分组的方法随机分成3组,联合治疗组、百令胶囊组以及依那普利组,每组45例。对依那普利组患者予以依那普利片药物治疗,对百令胶囊组患者予以百令胶囊药物治疗,而对联合治疗组患者则在予以依那普利片药物治疗的基础上联合予以百令胶囊进行治疗。治疗3个月后,分别对治疗前后3组患者的血糖、血脂控制情况、胰岛素抵抗情况以及肾功能改善情况进行比较。结果:①治疗后联合治疗组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平以及24 h尿蛋白定量水平均明显低于百令胶囊组以及依那普利组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.270,2.251,2.560,2.181,3.023,1.876;P<0.05);②治疗后联合治疗组患者的FINS、HOMA-IP水平均显著低于百令胶囊组以及依那普利组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.452,2.196,6.954,6.498;P<0.05);③治疗后联合治疗组患者的CRP、血β_2-MG、尿β_2-MG以NAG酶水平均显著高于百令胶囊组以及依那普利组患者,差异均存在统计学意义(t=4.956,3.709,4.880,4.101,2.747,2.095,3.754,3.287;P<0.05);④治疗后联合治疗组患者的mALB、SCr、BUN水平均显著高于百令胶囊组以及依那普利组患者,差异均存在统计学意义(t=9.671,8.897,2.999,2.362,51.834,60.226;P<0.05)。结论:采用百令胶囊联合依那普利片对老年糖尿病肾病患者进行治疗,不仅能够有效降低患者血糖水平,并且能够有效改善患者的肾功能,值得临床上广泛推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of Bailing Capsule combined with enalapril on blood glucose and renal function in elderly diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods:Totally 135 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into 3 groups,including combined treatment group,Bailing Capsule group and enalapril group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients of enalapril group were treated with enalapril,and Bailing Capsule group was treated with Bailing Capsule,and the patients in the combined treatment group were treated with Bailing Capsule on the basis of enalapril tablets.After 3 months of intervention treatment,the blood glucose,blood lipid control,insulin resistance and renal function improvement of the 3 groups were compared before and after the intervention treatment.Results:①After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose level and 24 h urine protein quantitative level were significantly lower than those of the Bailing Capsule group and the enalapril group(t=2.270,2.251,2.560,2.181,3.023,1.876;P<0.05).②The FINS and HOMA-IP levels of the patients in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of the Bailing Capsule group and the enalapril group after intervention.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.452,2.196,6.954,6.498;P<0.05).③After intervention,the levels of CRP,blood beta 2-MG and urinary beta 2-MG in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those of Bailing Capulse group and enalapril group.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.956,3.709,4.880,4.101,2.747,2.095,3.754,3.287;P<0.05).④The mALB,SCr and BUN levels of the patients in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those of the Bailing Capulse group and the enalapril group after intervention.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.671,8.897,2.999,2.362,51.834,60.226;P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of senile diabetic nephropathy patients with Bailing Capsule combined with enalapril can not only effectively reduce the blood glucose of the patients,but also effectively improve the renal function of the patients.It is worthy of widely popularizing in the clinic.
