摘要
随着移动通讯技术和智能终端发展,用户越来越倾向于使用手机端访问应用系统.该文针对高校大型仪器设备开放共享管理新需求,应用微信公众号平台和手机二维码技术简化仪器管理,师生可随时随地进行仪器操作培训、仪器使用预约,仪器使用状态查询等,管理人员可进行机时统计、责任追究、维护保养、个性化管理以及报废审核,实现仪器设备全生命周期管理,提升仪器设备管理效能,适应了高校师生多样化、个性化需求.
With the development of mobile and intelligent terminals, more and more users prefer to visit management system through mobile platform. According to the new demands for management of opening and sharing large-scale instruments in universities, WeChat and tw o-dimensional code technology are proposed to simplify the management,especially for the instruments reservations. Teachers and students can make an appointment for instrument operation training,instrument using and instrument use status inquiry by these two technologies, whenever and wherever possible. Accordingly,the management functions can be easily realized, including the queries of the instrument status and appointment,accountability, maintenance, individual management, and scrap audit. It will meet the diversified and individual requirements of teachers, students and managers in universities by such all life cycle management system for large-scale instruments and equipment.
