肺炎支原体与呼吸道合胞病毒在小儿肺炎中的感染情况分析 被引量:8

An Analysis on the Infection of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae and Respiratory Syncytial Virus in Pediatric Pneumonia

摘要 目的通过了解肺炎支原体与呼吸道合胞病毒在小儿肺炎中的感染情况分析,为临床治疗小儿肺炎疾病合理用药提供依据。方法采集2015年1月—2016年12月在医院住院的肺炎患儿的血清标本和鼻咽拭子标本,通过血清学检测肺炎支原体和直接免疫荧光法检测呼吸道含胞病毒,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 3 726例小儿肺炎感染疾病中支原体感染占424例,合胞病毒占600例,合并感染73例。其中患儿感染肺炎支原体年龄高峰在1~3岁,11、12月份肺炎支原体检出阳性率较高;感染呼吸道含胞病毒年龄高峰在1~6月龄,12—2月份呼吸道含胞病毒检出阳性率较高。结论肺炎支原体与呼吸道合胞病毒是小儿肺炎常见的病原体感染,共占25. 52%,感染分布均存在年龄差异和均存在明显的季节差异。 Objective By analyzing the infection of mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)and respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)in pediatric pneumonia,the theoretical basis for the rational drug use is sought in clinical treatment for pediatric pneumonia.Methods Serum specimens and nasopharyngeal swab specimens of children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were collected.MP was detected by serological test,and RSV was detected by direct immunofluorescence method,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 3 726 children with pneumonia,there were 424 pneumonia children caused by mycoplasma,600 pneumonia children caused by syncytial virus,and 73 pneumonia children caused by concurrent infection.The peak of pneumonia children caused by MP in the age of onset appeared 1-3 years old,and November and December were the months when the detective positive rate of MP detection was higher;the peak of pneumonia children caused by RSV in the age of onset appeared 1-6 months old,and December and February were the months when the positive rate of RSV detection was higher.Conclusion MP and RSV are common pathogens in children with pneumonia.The children with pneumonia caused by these two pathogens accounted for 25.52%of all children with pneumonia.There are age differences and significant seasonal differences in the distribution of the pneumonia children caused by the two pathogens.
