煤矿输送机电气节能控制系统设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 带式输送机已成为煤矿行业重要的生产运输设备。为了降低输送机的生产能耗,设计了煤矿输送机电气节能控制系统,分析了电气节能控制方案和输送机设计选型依据,然后,对系统总方案进行设计。系统的核心采用S7-300系列的PLC,分别对控制系统的硬件部分和软件部分进行设计研究,并应用于现场。研究得出:当采用节能控制系统后,年节能效率为45.5%,托辊、滚筒、胶带机械损耗也大大降低,增加了输送机的使用寿命。研究对于提高矿井节能改造提供了借鉴。 Belt conveyors have become an important production and transportation equipment for the coal mining industry.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the conveyor,this paper designs the electrical energy-saving control system of coal mine conveyor,analyzes the electrical energy-saving control scheme and the design basis of the conveyor design,and then designs the overall scheme of the system.The core of the system uses the PLC of the S7-300 series to design and studies the hardware and software parts of the control system respectively and applies them to the field.The research shows that when the energy-saving control system is adopted,the annual energy-saving efficiency is 45.5%,and the mechanical loss of the pallet,roller and belt is greatly reduced,which increases the service life of the conveyor.Research provides a reference for improving mine energy conservation.
