摘要
结合天津市地铁文化中心交通枢纽工程实践,论述了桩梁式托换结构对建筑物实施桩基托换的基本施工工艺、方法、应用条件、经验及特点,为以后类似工程的施工提供有益的借鉴,同时也为桩基托换施工提出了一种新思路。
This essay combines the experience of the project of 4 parts of Tianjin metro cultural center traffic hub,and discusses about the construction technology and method,application condition,experience and characteristics of using underpinning technology composed of plies and beams on a structure. It provides an example for the project that are similar in the future,and also provides a new idea for the underpinning construction of pile foundation.
