城市地铁近距离下穿盾构隧道施工方法优选

Construction Method Optimization Research of Urban Subway Under-Passing through the Shield Tunnel at Short Distance

摘要 以某隧道下穿工程为背景,结合台阶法设临时仰拱和台阶法预留核心土两种工况进行数值模拟,并对比分析两种工况对既有盾构隧道位移及应力的影响。结果表明:台阶法预留核心土可有效地将既有隧道的沉降控制在6.5 mm以内,且结构受力状态要比设置临时仰拱的方法好;台阶法设临时仰拱也能应用于下穿工程,但需要拆除临时仰拱,增加工期和造价,且总体效果不如台阶法预留核心土。 Based on the under-passing engineering, we used two kinds of methods to build the tunnel. One was setting up the temporary invert, the other was setting up Core soil. We used the two methods to do the numeric simulation ,and analyse the sedimentation and stress that existing in the shield tunnel. The results showed that the core soil can control the settlement of the existing tunnel within 6.5 mm, and the structural stress state is better than the method of setting up the temporary arch;the step method can also be applied to the under-passing tunnel, but it needs to dismantle the temporary invert arch, and it also increases the construction time and cost. Therefore, it is not as good as the method of the core soil.
