基于ARCS模型激发研究生学习动机的探讨——以遗传学专业硕士研究生培养为例 被引量:2

Stimulating Learning Motivation of Postgraduate Students Based on ARCS Model:Taking Cultivation of Postgraduate Students of Genetics as an Example

摘要 学习动机是推动学习活动的动力,是学生取得良好学习效果的强大动因,因而在研究生培养过程中需要重视学习动机的激励。目前存在部分研究生学习动机不足的现象。本文依据ARCS模型对硕士研究生培养环节进行科学设计,从注意、切身性、自信、满意4个维度增强硕士研究生的学习动机。结果表明,依据ARCS模型设计培养环节能激发研究生的学习动机、提升研究生学习态度和学习效果,说明利用ARCS模型设计培养环节确实有利于提高研究生教育水平。 Learning motivation is the driving force to promote learning activities and the strong motivation for students to achieve good learning effectiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the learning motivation in postgraduate education.At present,many postgraduates have insufficient motivation to learn.In this paper,the training program of postgraduate students was designed according to ARCS model to strengthen the learning motivation of postgraduate students from four dimensions,namely attention,relationship,confidence and satisfaction.The results showed that, the training program based on ARCS model stimulated the learning motivation of postgraduate students and improved their learning attitude and learning effectiveness.This paper provides a useful reference for improving education level of postgraduate students by using ARCS model.
