摘要
目的观察火龙灸配合电针治疗寒湿型退行性膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 60例寒湿型退行性膝骨关节炎的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用火龙灸配合电针治疗,对照组口服尼美舒利缓释胶囊。观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后VAS、WOMAC评分均较同组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火龙灸配合电针治疗寒湿型退行性膝骨关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of fiery dragon moxibustion plus electroacupuncture for degenerative knee osteoarthritis of cold-dampness type. Method Sixty patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis of cold-dampness type were randomized to treatment and control groups, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received fiery dragon moxibustion plus electroacupuncture and the control group, oral administration of nimesulide sustained-release capsules. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result After treatment, the VAS and WOMAC scores decreased in both groups compared with before (P<0.05) and were lower in the treatment group than in the control groups (P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fiery dragon moxibustion plus electroacupuncture has a better clinical therapeutic effect on degenerative knee osteoarthritis of cold-dampness type.
