摘要
云南省水资源占全国总量的7.8%,居全国第三位,渔业发展优势明显。云南高原淡水渔业依托资源优势近年来实现快速发展。本文利用SPSS19软件,基于主成分分析法,建立经济发展、社会发展及资源环境三个子系统16个指标的可持续发展指标体系,对云南省渔业2007-2016年的可持续发展水平做出评价。研究结果表明:云南省渔业可持续发展水平受渔业经济总产值、水产技术推广经费的投入以及污染导致的水产品数量损失这三个因素影响较大,并且十年间除2008年有所下降,其他年份都是逐年上升。针对分析结果,本文提出要实现渔业可持续发展,需从加快渔业转型升级、强化科技创新和人才队伍建设、提高渔业企业的竞争力和渔民的综合素质以及加大资源保护和开发利用的力度四个方面加以努力。
The water resource of Yunnan province accounts for 7.8%of total water resource in China,and it ranks the third place in China,so its fishery has obvious advantages in Yunnan Province.Recently,Yunnan plateau freshwater fishery achieves rapid development based on these advantages of resources.Based on the principal component analysis and SPSS 19 software,this paper establishes a sustainable development index system of 16 indicators in three subsystems of economic development,social development,resources and environment,and it evaluates the sustainable development level of fisheries in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016.The result shows that the fishery total economy output value,fishery technical extension funds and quantity loss of aquatic products from pollution are the major factors.Besides the decline in 2008,the sustainable development level of fisheries in Yunnan Province has increased year by year.In view of the analysis results,this paper proposes that in order to achieve sustainable development of fisheries,efforts should be made in four aspects:accelerating the transformation and upgrading of fisheries,strengthening scientific and technological innovation and personnel building,improving the competitiveness of fisheries enterprises and the comprehensive quality of fishermen,and strengthening the protection and exploitation of resources.
