摘要
随着中国社会主要矛盾的变化,区域经济发展进入向高质量发展阶段转变的关键期,但区域经济不平衡不充分发展的矛盾仍是区域经济高质量发展的制约因素。基于此,我们从科技创新、市场机制、社会组织参与、政府制度供给4个维度阐述促进区域经济高质量发展的作用机理,并结合新发展理念的思想剖析促进区域经济高质量发展的实现机制,旨在更好地推进区域经济实现由不平衡不充分发展向高质量发展转变。
With the change of major social contradictions in China,regional economic development has entered a critical period of transformation into a stage of high quality development.However,the contradiction of unbalanced and inadequate development of regional economy is still a constraint factor affecting the high quality development of regional economy.Based on this,we illustrate the mechanism of high quality development of regional economy from scientific and technological innovation,market mechanism,social organizations to participate in,and the government system supply,and combined with the new development philosophy thoughts analyzed the realization mechanism to promote high quality development of regional economy,designed to better promote the transformation of regional economy from unbalanced and inadequate development to high quality development.
