摘要
为了达到中药学专业硕士学位研究生培养的全面发展,符合国家高层次人才中药学教育标准、专业知识、实践能力、中医药思维、综合素质的要求,本文就目前中药学专业硕士学位研究生在培养过程中主要存在的问题,从课程设计、培养模式、评价体系模式等方面入手,探讨适合中药学专业硕士学位培养机制,充分调动医药企业在联合培养基地建设中的积极性,形成知识创新、科技创新和体制创新的新结构,探索一条培养高层次创新应用型人才的新路。
In order to achieve all development of postgraduate training in master degree of Chinese pharmacology,conforming to the national standard of high level talents in Chinese pharmacy education,professional knowledge,practical ability,Chinese medicine thinking and comprehensive quality requirement.The main problems existing in the training process of master's degree graduate students of Chinese pharmacology are discussed.From the aspects of course offered,training mode and evaluation system mode,etc.,discussion on training mechanism suitable for master degree of Chinese pharmacology was made.It must fully mobilize the enthusiasm of pharmaceutical enterprises in the construction of joint training bases.Form a new structure of knowledge innovation,technological innovation and system innovation.It should explore a new way to cultivate high-level innovative and applied talents.
