摘要
目的研究临床护理路径对胃癌手术患者术后康复效果及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2014年2月～2015年2月接诊的80例胃癌术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。两组均行常规检查与治疗,对照组行常规的术后护理,而研究组采用临床护理路径方式护理,并检测与记录两组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间以及经过护理后总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等生活质量的评分值,并对其结果进行比较分析。结果研究组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等生活质量的评分值均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径模式可明显缩短患者的住院时间,对患者的术后恢复有重要的促进作用,可明显改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的满意度,具有临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathways on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer and the influences on quality of life.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer after operation in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected.According to a random number table method,they were divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.Routine examination and treatment were performed in each group.The control group were followed up for routine nursing care.The study group was treated with clinical nursing pathways.The anesthesia time,time of hospitalization,length of stay and overall physical and physical function after nursing,physical function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and other quality of life scores were compared.Results After study,the duration of anal exhaust,time of bed movement and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall health,physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and other quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path pattern can significantly shorten the hospital stay and improve the postoperative recovery of the patients.It can obviously improve the quality of life of patients and improve the patient′s satisfaction.It is of clinical value and worthy of promotion.
