摘要
天津东丽湖CGSD-01井位于天津潘庄凸起构造区,该井设计井深4000 m,完钻井深4051.68 m,该井的主要目的之一是通过分段取心钻进获取各地层的地质资料。本文主要介绍了通过尝试不同的取心钻具与钻进方法的组合,探索出一种高效的取心钻进方案,成功地解决了三开雾迷山组复杂地层岩心采取率低的难题,并高质量地达到了取心要求。通过对各技术方案的取心对比分析,总结了地热深井取心钻进的关键技术,以期对后续的钻探取心提供技术上的借鉴和指导。
The geothermal Well CGSD 01 is located in Dongli Lake, TianJin and is part of the tectonic area of Tianjin Panzhuang Bulge. The design depth of the well is 4000m and the completion depth is 4051.68m. One of the main purposes of the well is to obtain geological data of various strata by staged core drilling. An effective coring solution has been found through attempts at combination of different coring tools and drilling methods, which successfully solved the problem of low core recovery in the third stage drilling in Wumishan Formation with high-quality cores obtained. Through comparative analysis of coring with various technical schemes, the key coring technologies for deep geothermal wells have been summarized, providing some experience and guidance for future core drilling.
