摘要
随中国汽车行业防腐要求的不断提高,车身电泳工艺俨然成为汽车生产制造公司不可或缺的基本条件。电泳漆膜缺陷作为常见的涂装漆膜弊端,严重影响汽车工件的底层防腐能力及外观美观度。其中电泳漆露底问题会严重降低工件防腐能力,增加后续喷漆修补量,并增加汽车成本,降低生产效率,表面防腐质量也受到影响,因此为提升电泳漆膜防腐能力,提升汽车品质,必须确保电泳工件表层电泳漆膜的完整性。但在生产过程中,存在电泳底板局部电泳漆膜薄甚至出现露底现象,经过采取不同措施方案及多次现场跟踪分析验证,已成功杜绝工件露底缺陷的问题。
With the continuous improvement of the anti-corrosion requirements of the Chinese automobile industry, body electrophoresis technology has become an indispensable basic condition for automobile manufacturing companies. Electro -phoresis paint film defects as a common coating paint film defects, seriously affect the bottom of the car workpiece anticorrosion ability and appearance. Among them, the problem of electrophoresis paint dew bottom will seriously reduce the anti-corrosion ability of the workpiece, increase the amount of subsequent spray paint repairs, increase the cost of the car, reduce the production efficiency, and the surface anti-corrosion quality will also be affected. Therefore, in order to improve the electrophoresis paint film anticorrosion ability and improve the quality of the car, The integrity of the surface electrophoresis coating of the workpiece must be ensured. However, in the process of production, there is a thin or even dew phenomenon in the local electrophoresis paint film of the electrophoresis floor. After adopting different measures and many on-site follow-up analyses, the problem of workpiece dew defect has been successfully eliminated.
