摘要
目的了解手术室细节护理在提高手术室护理安全性中的应用。方法选取我院收集2017年2月—2018年11月的70例手术室患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组用护理常规方法,细节组用手术室细节护理。比较手术室环境安全、警示标志、无菌操作等的安全质量评分;护理不良事件发生率。结果细节组患者手术室环境安全、警示标志、无菌操作等的安全质量评分相较对照组更好,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论手术室患者实施手术室细节护理效果理想,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To understand the application of operating room detail nursing in improving the safety of operating room nursing.Methods 70 cases of patients in the operating room from February 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing methods.Detailed nursing in operation room was used in detail group.The safety and quality scores of operating room environment safety,warning signs and aseptic operation were compared.Results The operating room environmental safety,warning signs,aseptic operation and other safety quality scores of detail group were better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of detailed nursing in operating room is ideal and the quality of nursing service is improved.
