TRIZ理论概述及污泥堆肥技术发展方向

摘要 介绍了TRIZl理论的起源与主要内容;对中国污泥堆肥技术系统所处进化阶段进行了分析;以SACT污泥堆肥系统为例,在系统、子系统、设备等层面进行了系统功能分析,得到完整功能分析模型,并论述了污泥堆肥系统的创新方法,认为创新方向应指向协同化、网络化、智能化、空间化、模块化、标准化。SACT堆肥系统采用TRIZ理论进行技术优化,可简化思路,提高效率,为工业化堆肥时代的全面到来提供了技术支持。 This paper introduces the origin and main content of TRIZ theory and analyzes the evolution phase of China sludge composting technology in sludge composting system. By taking SACT sludge composting system as an example, the paper analyzes the system functions in the lay of system, subsystems and equipment, obtains the complete function analyzing model, discusses the innovation method of sludge composting system and identifies the innovation orientation should be directed to the collaboration, networking, intelligence, spatiality, modularization and standardization. Finally, the SACT composting system adopts TRIZ theory and makes the technical optimization, which simplifies the train of thought and improves the efficiency. It provides a shortcut for the overall arrival of the industrialization compost era.
