海南生态条件下不同土壤水分施用除草剂对高粱芽苗的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Herbicide Application on Sorghum Bud Seedlings under Different Ecological Conditions in Hainan Ecological Conditions

摘要 试验以辽粘3号糯高粱品种为材料,在海南地区采用莠去津+氯吡嘧磺隆混合液除草剂对10%、14%、18%和22%土壤含水量下的出苗率、伤苗率、幼苗干物质积累、叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明:土壤水分10%、14%和18%下除草剂处理对出苗影响相对较小,伤苗率相对较低;14%和18%土壤水分含量下高粱幼苗干物重差异较小,而10%土壤水分条件下除草剂处理比CK干物质积累差异明显增大;除草剂处理比CK的差异随土壤水分含量的增加而加大;22%土壤水分含量下除草剂处理比CK的差异明显大于其它3个水分处理。莠去津+氯吡嘧磺隆混合液除草剂在沙壤土10%、14%和18%土壤含水量下可安全使用,而当土壤水分含量达到22%时应适当降低除草剂使用剂量。 The experiment took Liaonian No.3 sorghum hybrids as experiment material,measure and analyze the seedling rate,seedling injury rate,seedling dry matter accumulation,leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content by using atrazine and clomizuron mixed herbicides treatments under 10%,14%,18% and 22% water content in Hainan.The results showed that herbicides treatment had relatively small impact on seedling emergence and relatively low injury rate at the 10%,14% and 18% soil moisture content.When the soil moisture content reach 14% and 18%,it had less difference in dry matter weight of sorghum seedlings,but under the 10% soil moisture content,the herbicide treatment significantly increased the difference of dry matter accumulation compared with CK.The difference between herbicide treatment and CK behave rise with the increase of soil moisture content,and the difference between HT and CK in 22% soil moisture content was significantly greater than the other 3 soil moisture treatments.The atrazine+clomizuron herbicide treatment can be safely used in sandy loam with soil moisture of 10%,14% and 18%,while the herbicide dosage should be reduced appropriately when the soil moisture content reach 22%.
