富铈钕铁硼废料回收稀有元素研究 被引量:5

摘要 为回收富铈NdFeB废渣中的稀土、钴,本试验是将钕铁硼废料连续加入倾斜的旋转窑体内自燃,自燃后的烧成物连续出窑进行细磨粉碎、氧化培烧、盐酸优溶,在酸溶提取时用高分子凝集剂、氯酸钠、氧化镁对滤液进行处理,使滤液中铁含量控制在0.1 g/L以下,溶后渣中稀土含量在0.4%以下,满足进入P507萃取分离系统,成功地将废料中稀土元素进行了提取,得到了各稀土元素。萃余液中加NaF,调节pH为5~6,以净化钴液,去除杂质,净化后的溶液用草酸沉淀,得到氧化钴的纯度大于99.80%。 In order to recover rare earth and cobalt from cerium rich NdFeB waste residue, NdFeB waste is continuously added to the inclined rotary kiln for spontaneous combustion, and the combustion products after spontaneous combustion are continuously ground and pulverized, oxidized and burned, and hydrochloric acid solubilized. The filtrate was treated with macromolecule agglutination agent, sodium chlorate and magnesium oxide during acid solution extraction. The iron content in the filtrate was controlled below 0.1 g/L, and the rare earth content in the dissolved residue was below 0.4%, which satisfied the requirement of P507 extraction and separation system. The rare earth elements were extracted successfully from the waste material and each rare earth element was obtained. The pH was adjusted to 5 ~ 6 by adding NaF, in the residual solution to purify cobalt solution and remove impurities. The purified solution was precipitated with oxalic acid and the purity of cobalt oxide was more than 99.80%.
