摘要
结合高压支柱瓷绝缘子断裂实例,总结了断裂原因主要为产品制造工艺缺陷、安装或调试不当、运行维护不到位。对比分析了不同支柱绝缘子典型缺陷的检测方法。对比结果表明:停电条件下,超声波检测法应用成熟,可精确诊断定位;振动声学检测法可带电作业,但无法识别缺陷类型且无法定位缺陷位置。针对现场实际情况,提出了采用新兴检测技术与传统检测技术配合的互补检测建议。
In connection with the case of high voltage post insulator fracture, this paper concludes that the main causes for the fracture are manufacturing process defects, improper installation or debugging, and inadequate operation and maintenance. This paper compares and analyzes the different detection methods of typical defects of post insulators. The result shows that under the power failure condition, the ultrasonic detection method can be used to accurately diagnose and locate defects. Vibration acoustic detection method can work on line, but it can′t identify the defective type and can′t locate the defect. In view of the actual situation, put forward a feasible complementary detection proposal that the new detection technology should be combined with the traditional detection technology.
