新型横锯切割系统作业提速的分析和计算

摘要 文章提出了一套新型横锯切割系统,并对该系统进行切割提速,以两倍于目前的作业速度进行了提速可行性计算。在整台装置各部分零件保持不变的情况下,根据纵移机构中主要受力零件的许用应力上限对加速条件下装置纵向移动的加速进给、匀速切割和减速停止以及回程的四个阶段的运行速度和作业时间进行了计算和设定。纵移作业提速计算完毕后,又计算出该条件下装置横移机构进行横向切割时相应阶段的运行速度和作业时间,并对横移机构中的主要连接件进行了强度校验。提速后的各项运行参数满足该装置纵、横向作业时的动作配合要求,并保证现有装置的安全性和可靠性不受影响,同时提高生产效率。 In this paper,a new type of transverse saw cutting system is put forward,and the cutting speed of the system is increased.The feasibility of increasing the speed is calculated at twice the current working speed.While the parts of each part of the whole device remain unchanged,according to the upper limit of allowable stress of the main force parts in the longitudinal moving mechanism,we calculated and set the running speed and working time of the four stages of the longitudinal movement of the device under the condition of acceleration,such as acceleration feed,uniform cutting,deceleration stop and return journey.After the calculation of the speed increase of the longitudinal moving operation is completed,the running speed and working time of the corresponding stage of the transverse cutting of the transverse moving mechanism of the device under this condition are calculated,and the strength of the main connectors in the transverse moving mechanism is verified.After the increase of speed,the operation parameters meet the operation coordination requirements of the longitudinal and transverse operation of the device,thus ensuring that the safety and reliability of the existing device are not affected,and improving the production efficiency at the same time.
