摘要
目的研究以岗位绩效量化考核为切入点对提升中医内科护理质量的作用,为提升中医内科护理质量提供可参考依据。方法本院中医内科自2017年2月—2018年2月开始实施护理人员岗位绩效量化考核,将2017年2月之前未实施时作为对照组,2017年2月后实施后的作为研究组,对比分析两组护理质量。结果研究组护理人员护理质量指标评分均高于对照组(P <0.05),研究组护理人员满意度均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在护理工作中采用岗位绩效量化考核可提升中医内科护理质量,提高护理人员对工作的热情,从而能提升医院整体护理水平。
Objective To study the effect of the quantitative assessment of job performance on the improvement of the quality of medical care in TCM,and to provide reference basis for the improvement of the quality of medical care in TCM.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018,the department of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital began to implement the quantitative assessment of nursing staff's job performance,and took those not implemented before February 2017 as the control group and those implemented after February 2017 as the research group to compare and analyze the nursing quality of the two groups.Results The scores of nursing quality indexes in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting quantitative assessment of job performance in nursing work can improve the quality of medical care in TCM,improve the enthusiasm of nursing staff,and thus improve the overall nursing level of the hospital.
