早期空肠内营养支持对重症急性胰腺炎患者免疫功能及治疗效果的影响 被引量：4

Effect of Early Jejunal Nutrition Support on Immune Function and Therapeutic Effect in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

摘要 目的探究早期空肠内营养支持治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果和对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的120例重症急性胰腺炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组60例,两组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予早期肠外营养支持,观察组给予早期肠内营养支持,对两组的临床效果、治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平及APACHEⅡ评分进行比较。结果观察组患者排便时间、住院时间和住院费用均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平显著上升,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者APACHEⅡ评分显著低于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用早期空肠内营养支持治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果显著优于肠外营养支持,能显著降低患者疼痛,提升免疫功能,加速患者康复。
