摘要
新一轮东北振兴战略背景下,辽宁地区以及沿海各港口只有主动融入、积极参与到"一带一路"发展倡议中,才能加速实现沿海港口与区域经济的良性互动发展。首先论述了辽宁沿海港口与区域经济的发展现状,然后选取1999—2017年辽宁省沿海港口货物吞吐量和生产总值相关数据,探究两变量互动发展情况。结果表明:辽宁省港口货物吞吐量是区域生产总值的格兰杰成因,区域生产总值不是港口货物吞吐量的格兰杰成因。最后,提出了促进港口与区域经济之间的良性互动发展对策。研究结果旨在为辽宁沿海港口整体布局优化、辽宁区域经济转型发展以及港口与区域经济的协调发展提供一定的理论与实践指导。
Under the background of a new round of Northeast China revitalization strategy,only by taking an active part in the“One Belt and One Road”development initiative can Liaoning province and its coastal ports realize rapidly the positive interactive development between coastal ports and regional economy.Firstly,this paper presents the present situation of the development of the coastal ports and regional economy in Liaoning province.According to the statistics of cargo handling capacity and regional GDP of the coastal ports in Liaoning province from 1999 to 2017,it goes further to explore the interactive development of the two variables.It turns out that the port cargo capacity in Liaoning province is the Granger cause of regional GDP while the later is not the Granger cause of the former.In the end,it puts forward the countermeasures of benign interactive development between coastal ports and regional economy and intends to provide some theoretical and practical guidance for optimizing the overall layout of Liaoning coastal ports,the economic transformation and development of Liaoning province,as well as the coordinated development of coastal ports and regional economy.
