摘要
目的:分析乳腺癌患者人体成分指标,比较与非乳腺癌群体是否存在差异。方法:利用人体成分分析仪对84例乳腺癌患者和在体检中心进行人体成分测量的50例非乳腺癌患者进行对比性分析,对所收集资料进行数据录入和统计学检验。结果:调查结果发现乳腺癌患者中异常指标包括BMI、体脂率、体脂肪、其中BMI过高者53例(63. 10%)体脂过高者61例(72. 62%)且体脂百分比、体脂含量、身体质量指数明显高于正常人群,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:人体成分分析反映了乳腺癌患者存在BMI、体脂率过高等问题,同时从统计学角度上证实了乳腺癌患者在体脂率和体脂含量指标上明显高于正常人群,进一步解释了体脂肪含量与乳腺癌存在相关性,从而针对乳腺癌患者存在BMI、体脂肪等指标过高的问题,更好地开展临床护理工作,制定相关的营养计划以促进乳腺癌的预防和预后的改善。
Objective Analysis of human body composition in breast cancer patients and comparison with non-breast cancer population.Method A body composition analyzer was used to conduct a comparative analysis of 84 cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital and 50 non-breast cancer patients who were measured in the body composition of our hospital’s physical examination center.Data collected and statistical tests were performed on the collected data.Results The results of the investigation found that the abnormal index of breast cancer patients included BMI,body fat rate and body fat,of which 61 cases(72.62%)were too high with excessive fat(63.10%),and the percentage of body fat,body fat and body mass index were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The body composition analysis reflects the existence of BMI and high body fat rate in breast cancer patients,and at the same time statistically confirmed that breast cancer patients have higher body fat percentage and body fat content than normal subjects,further explaining body fat.The content is related to breast cancer,so that breast cancer patients have problems such as excessive BMI,body fat,etc.,better carry out clinical nursing work,and formulate relevant nutrition plans to promote breast cancer prevention and prognosis.
