摘要
某多层厂房由于将冲压设备从1层移至3层,导致3层楼板产生了较大的振动,设备无法正常使用,且操作人员产生了明显的不适感。为此对结构进行了动力特性测试,分析了楼板振动产生的原因,并提出3种解决方案:增大楼板厚度加固、隔振器隔振及调谐质量阻尼器减振。通过对不同方案减振效率的有限元建模分析,找出最优解决方案为隔振方案。实际工程中设计了冲压设备的隔振系统,通过有限元分析和动力实测,结果表明,隔振器的隔振效率在92%以上,有效地控制了楼板结构的振动。
Due to the stamping equipment moved from the one floor slab to the three floor slab,a large vibration of the three floor slab was caused by stamping equipment.So the equipment could not be used normally,and the operators had felt obvious discomfort.By the dynamic test of the structure,the causes of the floor vibration were analyzed,and three solutions were put forward:Increasing the thickness of floor slab;vibration isolation of spring vibration isolator and vibration reduction by tuned mass damper.Through the finite element analysis on the vibration reduction efficiency of different schemes,the optimal solution was found.The spring vibration isolator of the stamping equipment was designed and implement.The results showed that the vibration isolation efficiency was above 92%,and the vibration of the floor structure was effectively controlled.
