摘要
科研管理工作是高校及科研机构的重要组成部分,科研管理人员是科研信息上传下达的重要纽带。全面了解高校当前在科研管理工作中遇到的问题以及科研管理人员的工作现状,并提出针对性强且普适性广的建议,是当前亟须解决的问题。研究通过对全国数十所高校及科研院所科研管理工作情况的问卷调查,探讨了目前科研管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的建议。研究发现,高校科研系统的不完善以及相应科研管理培训工作的缺乏是导致科研管理工作出现问题的主要原因,科研管理人员的毕业院校、学历及工作年限也显著影响着科研管理工作的质量。因此,研究建议未来在这些方面的改进是保证科研管理工作顺利进行的必要前提,也能为科研教师提供更为优质的服务。
Scientific research management is an important part of universities and scientific research institutions;scientific research management personnel are an important link in scientific research information upload.A comprehensive understanding of the problems currently encountered in the research and management of colleges and universities,as well as the status quo of the work of scientific research managers,and the proposal of strong pertinence and universality are urgent problems to be solved.This paper investigated the working condition of scientific research management of universities and research institutes in China through the questionnaire survey,and discussed the problems in scientific research management and put forward some suggestions.The study found that the imperfect research system of colleges and universities and the lack of corresponding scientific research management training are the main reasons leading to problems in scientific research management.The graduates,academic qualifications and working years of scientific research managers also significantly affect the quality of scientific research management.Therefore,this study suggests that future improvements in these areas are necessary prerequisites for ensuring the smooth progress of scientific research management,and can provide better services for research teachers.
