摘要
目的探讨双时相PET/CT显像技术在膀胱癌及其术后复发中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析临床可疑膀胱癌或术后复发患者57例,全部进行PET/CT常规及延迟扫描,并对双时相扫描病变SUV值进行比较,据双时相病灶SUV值摄取程度、延迟前后SUV值变化情况、病灶形态变化、是否有淋巴结和远处转移判断是否为恶性肿瘤,诊断以病理和临床随访结果为最终依据。结果延迟扫描较常规扫描诊断准确率明显提高,常规扫描准确率71.9%,延迟扫描准确率93.0%。常规病变SUV与延迟病变SUV差异无统计学意义。常规尿液组SUV与延迟尿液组SUV差异有统计学意义。常规病变SUV与常规尿液SUV差异有统计学意义。延迟病变SUV与延迟尿液SUV差异有统计学意义。结论时相PET/CT检查技术简单易行,对膀胱癌的诊断有较高的应用价值。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of dual phase PET/CT imaging in bladder cancer and its recurrence after operation.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the 57 cases of clinical suspicious or recurrence of bladder cancer patients.All of the cases were performed conventional and delay of PET/CT scan,and comparison was performed on the lesions of the dual phase scanning SUV value.Whether the lesion was a malignant tumor was determined according to the dual phase lesions SUV values before and after the intake level,delayed SUV,the changes of lesions form change,was there a lymph node and distant metastasis determine.The diagnosis was based on pathological and clinical follow-up results.Results The diagnostic accuracy of delayed scanning was significantly higher than that of conventional scanning,with 71.9%accuracy of conventional scanning and 93.0%accuracy of delayed scanning.There was no statistically significant difference between conventional lesion SUV and delayed lesion SUV.There was statistically significant difference between SUV in the conventional urine group and SUV in the delayed urine group.The difference between conventional pathological SUV and conventional urine SUV was statistically significant.The difference between delayed lesion SUV and delayed urine SUV was statistically significant.Conclusion The dual-phase PET/CT examination technique is simple and feasible,and has high application value in the diagnosis of bladder cancer.
