摘要
目的:分析活血消肿汤治疗四肢骨折术后肿胀的疗效。方法:将2015年5月-2017年11月我院治疗的60例四肢骨折术后肿胀患者作为研究对象,根据患者的治疗方式,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组均30例,其中,观察组患者应用活血消肿汤治疗,对照组采用七叶皂苷钠治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的肿胀程度及临床治疗有效率进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者治疗前肿胀度为(10.44±1.27)%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),两组患者经治疗后肿胀度均明显降低,治疗后观察组患者肿胀度为(4.25±0.67)%,明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组中显效22例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:活血消肿汤治疗四肢骨折术后肿胀具有良好的临床疗效,能有效促进术后肿胀消除,提高治疗总有效率,值得在临床应用推广。
Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction(活血消肿汤)on swelling after limb fracture.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given sodium aescinate;and the observation group was given the Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction.Results:Compared with the control group,the swelling degree after treatment in the observation group was(10.44±1.27)%(P >0.05).After treatment,the swelling degree in both groups was significantly decreased,and that in the observation group was(4.25±0.67)%,significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,22 cases were markedly effective;8 cases were effective;and 0 case was ineffective.The total efficiency was 100.0%,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction on swelling after limb fracture shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
