摘要
文章为了研究隧道上覆缓倾斜小窑采空区的影响因素,考虑采空区的采厚、采空区与隧道距离、采空区断面跨度、采空区走向倾角、填充物弹模5个因素,分别设立了4个水平运用正交试验原理,确定了16组实验方案,采用FLAC3D软件模拟了隧道拱顶沉降并对模拟结果进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,各影响因素中采空区与隧道距离>采空区的采厚>采空区断面跨度>填充物弹模>采空区走向倾角。并在芙蓉隧道中,通过注浆改变填充物弹模方法,使隧道顺利通过。
In order to study the influence factors of the small-diameter tunnel beneath small gentle-inclined coal mining goaf,with the consideration of the height of mined out area,distance between mined out area and tunnel,span of mined out area,the dip angel along the strike of mined out area,elastic modulus of filling 16 orthogonal numerical simulation experiments which are 5 factors and 4 levels were carried out with the use of FLAC3D.The experiment result showed that the sensitivity sequence of influencing factors is as follows:distance between mined out area and tunnel,height of mined out area,span of mined out area,elastic modulus of filling,the dip angel along the strike of mined out area.The construction of Furong tunnel was successful by the means of cement grouting to change the elastic modulus of the filling.
