Marshall-White syndrome:a case report

摘要临床资料患者,男,30岁,军人。半年前无明显诱因发现双上臂及躯干部点片状色素减退斑,抬高双臂后白斑可自行消退,下垂后又重现,无自觉症状,未诊治。家族中无遗传性疾病史及类似病史者,无心悸、失眠等症状。既往体健,无烟酒等不良嗜好。体格检查:发育正常,营养良好,神志清,精神可,系统查体无异常。
