摘要
本文以河南省农村地区可再生能源的使用为考察对象,采用文献研究法、统计分析的方法对河南省环境现状、河南省可再生能源(主要是沼气和太阳能热水器)的使用现状进行分析。通过查阅相关资料发现,河南省可再生能源发展过程中主要面临农民自身素质较低、可再生能源技术人员不足以及相关法律法规不够完善协调的问题,并根据具体情况提出合理的改进措施,如多举并进提高农民环保意识、适当提高相关资金投入及完善法律法规等,从而推动河南省农村地区环境的可持续发展。
Taking the use of renewable energy in rural areas of Henan Province as the object of study,this paper used the methods of literature research and statistical analysis to analyze the current situation of environ ment in Henan Province and the using status of renewable energy(mainly biogas and solar water heater)in Henan Province.Through consulting relevant information,it was found that the development of renewable ener gy in Henan Province mainly faced with the problems of low quality of farmers,insufficient technical personnel of renewable energy and incomplete coordination of relevant laws and regulations.Reasonable improvement measures were put forward according to the specific situation,such as increasing farmers'awareness of environ mental protection,properly raising relevant capital investment and improving laws and regulations,through tak ing multiple actions to promote the sustainable development of rural environment in Henan Province.
