摘要
三电平NPC逆变器具有直流电压利用率高、开关耐压低、输出电压谐波低等优点而被应用于高压大功率场合。而中点电压平衡问题一直是三电平NPC逆变器研究的关键。文中在传统的空间矢量调制方法的基础上进行改进,不改变原来矢量的模长,对各扇区的不同小三角形内影响中点电位的中、小矢量进行重新分配和虚拟,理论上能完全消除电压矢量对中点电位的影响,该方法的中点电压平衡能力在全调制度范围内控制灵活且有效。通过仿真和实验验证了所提方法的正确性。
The three-level NPC inverter is applied to high-voltage and high-power occasions for its advantages of high DC voltage utilization rate,low switching voltage and low output voltage harmonics.The problem of neutral-point voltage balance has always been the key to the three-level NPC inverter research.The traditional space vector modulation method is improved in this paper.The medium and small vectors which are located in different small triangles of each sector and affect the neutral-point potential are redistributed or virtualized without changing the lengths of original vectors,so as to completely eliminate the effect of voltage vectors on the neutral-point potential in theory.The neutral-point voltage balance capability control of the method is flexible and effective at the full modulation depth.The correctness of the proposed method was verified in the simulation and experiment.
