摘要
肉桂叶为樟科樟属植物肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia Presl)的叶,是肉桂种植加工产业中常见的副产物之一。肉桂叶是工业上通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉桂油的原料,提取残渣通常仅作为锅炉燃料处理,其中含有丰富的天然活性成分没有得到充分利用,造成资源浪费和环境污染。本文综述了肉桂叶化学成分、提取方法及药理作用的研究进展,以期为肉桂叶的综合利用提供参考。
Cinnamomum cassia leaves,the leaves of Cinnamomum cassia(Cinnamomum camphoraceae Presl),are common by-product in the Cinnamon planting and processing industry.They are raw materials for extracting cinnamon oil by steam distillation in industry.Extraction residue,which contains rich natural active ingredients,is not fully utilized and often only treated as boiler fuel,causing resource-wasting and environmental pollution.The chemical constituents,extraction methods and pharmacological activities of Cinnamomum cassia leaves were reviewed in order to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of Cinnamomum cassia leaves.
