既有钢筋混凝土中承式拱桥桥面铺装改造可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文借助有限元分析及桥梁荷载试验,对某钢筋混凝土中承式拱桥加铺桥面沥青的可行性进行了分析。有限元计算结果表明,在原设计荷载(汽车-10级、人群3. 5kN/m^2)与7cm厚沥青铺装的共同作用下,该桥主拱圈内力及裂缝宽度满足相关规范中承载能力极限状态及正常使用极限状态的要求。鉴于有限元模型与真实结构之间可能存在差异,采用荷载试验进一步验证铺装改造的可行性。在汽车-10级、人群3. 5kN/m^2及桥面加铺7cm厚沥青铺装的等效试验荷载作用下,该桥部分控制截面的挠度校验系数超过了规范限值,表明加铺沥青会使桥梁处于安全承载的临界状态。基于检算和试验结果提出了不加铺沥青铺装的建议。本文所应用分析方法对解决同类工程问题具有借鉴作用。 In this paper,an RC arch bridge in service is selected as the sample of the required engineering background. Base on the bridge loading test and load capacity checking,feasibility for bridge deck pavement transformation is discussed. The calculation of bridge bearing capacity shows that the main arch ring of the bridge meets the service requirements of bearing capacity limit state and normal service limit state under the action of automobile-10 grade,crowd 3. 0 k N/m^2 and bridge deck overlaying 7 cm thick asphalt pavement. Under the equivalent test load of automobile-10 grade,crowd 3. 0 k N/m^2 and bridge deck overlaying 7 cm thick asphalt pavement,the deflection calibration coefficient of the control section of the bridge exceeds the specification requirements. Based on the above analysis,the superstructure of the bridge after asphalt overlay is in the critical state of safe bearing under the original design load,and asphalt overlay is not recommended. The analysis method can be selected as the sample to handle the similar engineering.
