摘要 针对现阶段传统爪极电机损耗较高、弱磁控制困难等问题,根据爪极电机的相关结构,研究一种新型混合励磁爪极电机的结构特点及励磁原理。利用有限元法,构建新型混合励磁爪极电机的三维模型,使用Ansoft软件对电机的磁场性能进行仿真分析。分析比较了新型电机与传统电机在不同励磁电流下的电枢电流特性,永磁体厚度对电机电枢电流的影响。结果表明,新型电机在低励磁电流和永磁体厚度为气隙的5倍时,有更好的电枢电流和磁场特性。 Traditional claw pole alternator has the problems of high loss and field-weakening control. According to its structure, a new hybrid excitation claw pole alternator was studied, its structural characteristics and the principle of excita-tion were introduced. A three-dimensional model of the new hybrid excitation claw pole alternator was built via three-di-mensional finite element method. The magnetic field performance of the alternator was analyzed comparatively by using An-soft. The armature current characteristics of the new and traditional motors under different excitation currents were com-pared, and the effect of permanent magnet thickness on the motor armature current was analyzed. The results show that the new alternator has better armature current and magnetic field at low excitation current and when permanent magnet thickness is 5 times the air gap.
